The Terrace is a modern two storey townhouse located in the heart of Ocean Grove, just a short walk from the shops and beach.

Upstairs is the air-conditioned open plan living area which features cathedral ceilings and is bathed in lots of natural light. There is a comfortable lounge suite, Smart TV and a dining table which can seat 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and fridge. A sliding glass door from the meals area opens directly onto a sunny north-facing balcony equipped with a gas BBQ and dining table. Also on this level is a bedroom and bathroom.

Downstairs are two bedrooms, a second bathroom and a single car garage. At the back of the garage is a laundry equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The Terrace is conveniently located in the centre of Ocean Grove, just 100 metres from the main shopping strip with its array of cafes and restaurants. Take a scenic 8 minute stroll down to the golden sands of the main beach and enjoy the fresh sea air.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula’s most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
