The top floor of this property consists of an open plan living area with vaulted ceilings and a wall of east-facing glass. There is a plush sofa, a large TV with a soundbar and a sliding glass door that opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy ocean views and hear the sound of the waves on the beach. The kitchen is in the centre of this living area and is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher. At the far end is a dining table which seats 8 people and a sliding glass door which leads onto a balcony which offers views towards the Barwon River.
Stairs lead down to the middle level and lower levels where there are bedrooms and bathrooms.
This property has 3 bedrooms with hardwood flooring and can sleep up to 6 people.

The Dunes is part of a complex of 12 townhouses with a gated road entrance and on-site vehicle parking under an allocated carport.
You can’t get much closer to the beach when staying at The Dunes. From this enviable location, walk just 3 minutes around the corner to the patrolled beach in front of the Ocean Grove Surf Life Saving Club. The main shopping strip along The Terrace is just over a 10 minute walk away.
